This series of power filters are differential mode filters, specially designed for various anechoic chambers, suitable for EMC test laboratories of civil and military standards and EUT test, and meet the test requirements of CE102 in MIL-STD-461E/F and GJB151B.

CH series are differential mode structure filters with individual circuits per line CH-SU are stainless steel cases.
❈❈Insertion loss to meet the U.S. military standard MIL-STD-461E/F and the national military standard GJB151B in CE102 test requirements.
❈❈Maximum voltage drop per line at rated current condition is less than 4% of rated voltage @50Hz.
❈❈Maximum leakage current per line under rated voltage condition is less than 8% of rated current @50Hz.
❈❈Single-phase two-wire filters can be combined into a three-phase four-wire structure.
❈❈The filter configuration can be flexibly adjusted in response to the complex and changing combinations of test scenarios in the field.
❈❈Current range: 16A~1000A (other currents can be customized by contacting us) Above 250A current is wired with purple copper row.
❈❈Voltage range: 36VAC~750VAC/24VDC~1500VDC (other voltages can be customized by contacting us)
❈❈Frequency range: DC50/60Hz, 400Hz, 800Hz (other frequencies can be contacted for customization)

❈❈ CH series products are two-wire filters with two independent internal filter circuits.
❈❈ Rated operating voltage is 250Vac phase or 500Vdc DC.
❈❈ Three-phase four-wire using two CH series collocation, the composition is four independent filter circuit.
❈❈ Rated operating voltage is line voltage 440Vac phase voltage 250Vac.
❈❈ Combined, the two units can be used as one three-phase, four-wire filter, and separately they are two single-phase filters.
❈❈ There is no need to consider the ABCN wire sequence when wiring the filter. There is no need to differentiate between fire and zero wires as long as the input and output correspond to each other.
❈❈ CH1 series differential mode filters are preferred for photovoltaic inverters, frequency converters, and battery pack chargers.
❈❈ CH-DC series DC differential mode filters are preferred for automotive EMC testing (CISPR25/GB18655).

❈❈ Customized 300A/500A/800A high voltage high current new energy charging pile test filters with 1500VDC voltage.

❈❈ Customized shielded connector can be added to fit EV series high voltage shielded cable (CH-SUP) series for new energy electric vehicles.
