The following mechanical configurations are required to install the sine-wave filter: the panel mount components are ground-mounted with universal NEMA 1 and 3R cabinets.
The panel mounted filter is designed to be formed in the vertical plane of the customer's housing. This includes the power consumption of the filter and all other components located in the panel to determine the internal temperature rise and cooling requirements of the enclosure. The NC temperature switch can be used to prevent the filter from overheating. Allows a small side clearance of four inches and a vertical gap of six inches for proper heat dissipation and contact within the enclosure. The panel-mounted sine-wave filter generates heat and should be kept away from the thermal element. Make sure to maintain the proper panel orientation. Keep the capacitor away from the reactor and resistor heat flow. Avoid locations where the filter is subject to excessive vibration.

The RC plate should be kept away from the reactor and located in the low temperature region of the enclosure - usually towards the bottom.
